Classes are held in 5 sessions, serving Fairfield County CT and Westchester County NY. They will completely change your views about birth and labour. I love HypnoBirthing®. I used this to birth my beautiful babies. My births were amazing and serene. I believe every woman should at least KNOW about having a calm, gentle, comfortable birth. Imagine the limitless possibilities. This is my inspiration to teach other women.
Classes are held in 5 sessions, serving Fairfield County CT and Westchester County NY. You will learn: Deep relaxation techniques using hypnosis, massage, visualisation, how to interview & choose providers that are supportive to HypnoBirthing, how to write and prepare your birth plan and to communicate it to those who are caring for you, how to release your fears around birth, how you and your birth companion can work together.
